The purpose of this policy is to let you know how we handle your personal data, what we use it for, who, besides us, receives them and under which circumstances and how you can take advantage of your rights.

We treat your personal data mainly to fulfill our duties towards you. Our starting point is to not treat any more personal data than what is needed for the cause, and we always strive to use the least sensitive data as possible. We also need your personal data to give you a great service, for example regarding marketing, follow ups and information. We may also need your personal data to fullfill laws as well as perform customer- and marketing analyses.

What sort of personal data are we handling?

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent, send an email to personuppgifter@westridgeaudio.seand our personal data controller Frida Jinnevåg will help you further. We will then no longer handle or process your personal data, under the circumstance that it is not necessary to complete our obligations according to an agreement or the law. Remember that withdrawal of consent could mean that we no longer can fulfill the obligations we have in relation to you.
We also gain access to your information in the following ways:

The starting point is that only employees and other people within the organisation who needs the personal data to perform their work will have access to it. We have firewalls and anti virus programmes to protect and prevent unauthorized people to gain access to our networks and systems. Our employees have strict instructions how to manage all kinds of personal data according to laws and rules. Only certain staff members have access to the systems where we store all the personal data and both user name and password are needed to log in to these systems. Our starting point is to not give out your personal data to any third part unless you have given your consent for it or if it is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations according to agreement or the law.
