The purpose of this policy is to let you know how we handle your personal data, what we use it for, who, besides us, receives them and under which circumstances and how you can take advantage of your rights.

IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA BEING HANDLED IN A SAFE MANNER?
The starting point is that only employees and other people within the organisation who needs the personal data to perform their work will have access to it. We have firewalls and anti virus programmes to protect and prevent unauthorized people to gain access to our networks and systems. Our employees have strict instructions how to manage all kinds of personal data according to laws and rules. Only certain staff members have access to the systems where we store all the personal data and both user name and password are needed to log in to these systems.
